October 7th. 5 - 8 PM
Visit The Wine Room on October 7th and be transported to Alsace, a magical region in northern of France with a long and proud winemaking tradition dating back to Roman times.

Carole Steinmann, winemaker and part owner of Cave de Cleebourg, will be pouring four Alsatian sparkling wines rarely available outside of France. These wines carry the official AOC designation "Crémant d'Alsace" and are the result of a rigorous selection of only the finest grapes. This exceptional fruit is used to create a sparkling wine made using production methods similar to those used in the Champagne region of France. The result is wine with the unique flavors of Alsace and the sparkle of champagne.

To complement the wines we will be serving a warm Brie cheese with a Mango chutney. Specifically we will be tasting: Auxerrois, Pinot Noir Rose, Pinot Gris, and a blend (Symphonie en P) for just $20.
